Brand Driving Wall Mural

Whether it is a mural, communal artwork, urban space redesign, one off workshop or a special event, we are able to create an experience that inline with your organisation's values and vision.

A collaborative mural to connect leaders with brand, promise and practice

WHY TEAMS CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF WORK

Organisations choose a brand-driving wall mural when they want leaders and staff to engage deeply with what the brand stands for and how it should guide behaviour. It is particularly effective at conferences, expos or whole-of-organisation days, where you want people to move beyond slogans and experience the brand as something they actively shape together.

HOW WE SHAPE IT WITH YOU

We work with you to understand your brand platform, key messages and the behaviours that should flow from them. Together we define what this mural needs to drive – for example, customer focus, innovation, care, or a particular strategic direction. We then design a mural format that allows many participants to contribute while still holding a strong, coherent brand story. Leaders play a visible role in framing and engaging with the process.

WHAT IT CAN LOOK LIKE IN PRACTICE

The mural might be built over the course of an expo or staff day, with participants adding elements that reflect brand promises and real experiences. Our artists guide the visual structure so the wall evolves into a clear, compelling image rather than a collage of unrelated pieces. Along the way, quick prompts and conversations invite people to think critically about how well current practice reflects the brand, and what leadership needs to do to close any gaps.

What a wonderful Team Day event we had with Dya! From the ease of booking in, to the great organisation and facilitation we had such a great day. Even for novices like us the instruction was encouraging and easy to follow. We had so much fun and the feedback from our team has been nothing but positive. The instructors managed our large team so well, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dya to anyone looking for a team activity which builds connections and is so much fun!

What Australian Teams Say

FAQ

Most corporate workshops run for 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the program and your schedule. Some activities can be adapted into shorter “creative reset” sessions, while others work best as half-day or full-day experiences. When you enquire, we will recommend a duration that fits your aims and the flow of your event.

We work with small teams through to large groups. Each program has a recommended range for group size, which you’ll see in the program details. If your numbers sit outside that range, let us know and we can suggest formats or adjustments that will still give everyone a good experience.

No. Our corporate workshops are designed for people who do not see themselves as creative. Instructions are clear and step by step, and the focus is on the process and connection rather than on producing a “perfect” artwork. Many participants are surprised by how comfortable and enjoyable it feels once they get started.

Most programs can run at our Port Melbourne studio or at your workplace. Some can also be delivered at offsite venues or adapted for online and hybrid formats. The program page outlines the main options, and we can talk through what is realistic for your team size, budget and location.

We supply all art materials and facilitation for the creative activity. If the workshop is at our studio, you simply confirm numbers and any access needs. For sessions at your workplace or another venue, we usually ask for tables, chairs, access to water and protection for surfaces if needed. We will go through any specific requirements with you during planning.

Yes. Many of our corporate workshops can be customised to reflect your values, event theme or current focus areas such as wellbeing, collaboration, leadership or change. Some programs are more structured than others, but there is usually room to adapt framing, reflection prompts or visual elements so the session speaks directly to your context.

Absolutely. Our programs often sit within larger events as an energiser, connector or deeper reflective element. We can work with you to position the workshop at the right point in your agenda and match the tone to the rest of the day, whether you need something light and social or more focused on leadership and culture.

For popular dates and larger groups, it is best to book several weeks in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times, especially for weekday sessions. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what is available and which programs can work.

While each program is different, common outcomes include stronger connection between colleagues, improved communication, fresh ways of thinking about challenges and a clearer sense of shared purpose. For Trained and Lead programs, there is often additional focus on soft skills such as collaboration, decision-making, psychological safety or leadership mindset.

Pricing depends on group size, program type, location and any customisation. Many workshops are charged per person with a minimum spend. When you share your details and preferences, we will send a clear quote outlining inclusions, options and any additional costs such as venue hire or catering if relevant.
