Lead Teams
Creative strategy for leaders, innovators and decision-makers
Lead Team workshops are designed for leadership and project teams who are responsible for direction, not just delivery. Stepping away from slides and meeting rooms, leaders work with visual tools and creative processes to explore vision, values and strategy from a fresh perspective. These sessions create space for honest conversation, shared insight and clearer collective decision-making.
Soft skills and outcomes Lead Team workshops support
Each Lead Team program is tagged with the soft skills it develops and the organisational outcomes it supports. When you browse programs, you can filter by these tags to find the right fit for your leadership context.

Why choose Lead Team experiences
Lead Team experiences give leaders time and structure to think together differently. By working through a creative process rather than a typical agenda, participants can step out of fixed roles and routines. This makes it easier to surface assumptions, explore tensions productively and see the bigger picture they are trying to shape.
The focus is not on artistic skill, but on clarity, alignment and courage. Visual frameworks and shared artworks act as anchors for complex conversations about direction, culture and change. Teams leave with a stronger sense of what they stand for, where they are going and how they want to lead others there.

FAQ about our corporate workshops
Here are some common questions we hear from organisations planning creative workshops and team building activities.
Yes. We deliver sessions at our Port Melbourne studio, at client sites across Melbourne, and online or in hybrid formats. Some programs work particularly well in person; others can be adapted for remote teams. When you enquire, we will discuss location options and what is realistic for your team.
We have 3 studios in our venue, biggest space can fit up to 60 people seated. The whole venue across all studios can fit about 100 people.
Offsite and online we have the ability to accommodate hundreds of people.
No. Our workshops are designed for people who do not see themselves as creative. Instructions are clear and step-by-step, and the focus is on the experience and conversation, not on producing a perfect artwork. Many participants tell us that they are surprised by how comfortable and enjoyable the process feels.
Most of our corporate workshops run between 2 to 3 hours. We can also design shorter creative resets or half-day and full-day experiences for conferences and strategy days. Timing is flexible and we will recommend a format that suits your goals and group size.
We keep the co-design process focused and efficient. Typically, this involves one or two planning conversations to clarify your context, goals and constraints. From there, we design the session and bring options back to you for refinement. You do not need to design the workshop yourself; you simply help us understand what matters most.
It is a deliberate mix of both. The creative work is used as a tool to unlock thinking and conversation that are hard to reach in standard meetings. We balance hands-on activity with structured discussion and reflection, so leaders have time to connect insights from the artwork back to strategy, culture and decision-making.
Yes. Many clients build a Lead Team workshop into a broader offsite or planning day. We can design a session that works as an opening, a centrepiece, or a reflective element within your agenda. During the planning process, we will help you position it so it supports your overall objectives rather than sitting off to the side.
From the start, we connect the workshop design to specific questions or challenges your leaders are working with. During the session, we regularly draw links between the creative process and real situations in your organisation. We encourage teams to leave with clear language, insights and next steps they can use in their roles, not just a finished artwork.
