This program is designed for teams who need space to pause, restore and recalibrate together. It is well suited to periods of high pressure, ongoing change or when there is an intention to place wellbeing on the agenda in a tangible way. The focus is on connection to self and others through gentle creative exercises, rather than on output or performance.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO
Participants are guided through a sequence of art-based activities that explore different parts of the body and internal states, using drawing, colour and simple mark-making. The facilitator introduces short reflective invitations and moments of quiet, balanced with light sharing in pairs or small groups. The structure is held but spacious, allowing individuals to engage at a level that feels comfortable.
