If change is constant, how can it become your greatest creative force?
April invites us to look at change differently. What often feels uncertain or disruptive can, in fact, become the starting point for something new. In a world that is constantly in motion, transformation is not something to resist, it’s something to work with.
This month, we explore metamorphosis as a creative process. How does an inner idea take shape in the world? How does a shifting identity become a source of strength? Through reflection, observation, and expression, we begin to see that change carries its own direction and meaning.
Metamorphosis is not always visible or immediate. It unfolds gradually through experimentation, connection, and openness. Whether in individuals, relationships, or organisations, growth often emerges from moments of uncertainty. By staying present within change, we allow new possibilities to form.
What might happen if, instead of holding on, you chose to create from where you are?
“One and All” Collective Mural

Each participant brings their unique perspectives, personalities, and points of view to the mural. As the artworks come together, they form a magnificent artistic “quilt” that weaves together the diverse tapestry of people’s inner realms. The collective mural becomes a visual representation of shared experiences and individual contributions.
“My View” Collective Puzzle

Participants each create a small artwork based on a brief related to a theme, value or question relevant to the team. These pieces are then brought together like a puzzle to form a larger composite artwork. The facilitator guides the group through discussion and practical decision-making about how to assemble the work, what to foreground and how to balance different voices visually.

We use creative workshops as a way to explore how change unfolds and takes shape. Art creates a space where ideas can shift, identities can evolve, and new directions can emerge. Through the process of making, individuals begin to recognise transformation not as disruption, but as a natural part of growth.
April reminds us that change is not something to resist, but something to work with. It happens gradually, through reflection, experimentation, and openness to the unknown. In these moments, creativity becomes a guide helping us move forward with clarity and intention.
