Some programs are more structured than others, but there is usually room to adapt framing, reflection prompts or visual elements so the session speaks directly to your context.

We can work with you to position the workshop at the right point in your agenda and match the tone to the rest of the day, whether you need something light and social or more focused on leadership and culture.

For popular dates and larger groups, it is best to book several weeks in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times, especially for weekday sessions. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what is available and which programs can work.

For Trained and Lead programs, there is often additional focus on soft skills such as collaboration, decision-making, psychological safety or leadership mindset.

Pricing depends on group size, program type, location and any customisation. Many workshops are charged per person with a minimum spend.
