How Haileybury Used Art for Corporate Team Building Success

When Haileybury Corporate Services set out to strengthen teamwork and spark creativity, they needed more than just a standard team-building activity. They wanted something engaging, hands-on, and collaborative—an experience that would leave a lasting impression.

Their vision was to create a collective artwork symbolising unity and shared purpose. The final piece, a large-scale mural, would be installed in their newly refurbished Corporate Services building. This project combined the principles of corporate team-building activities, offering staff an enriching and meaningful experience.

Creative Thinking Workshop – Turning Ideas into Art

When Haileybury approached us, they already had a concept in mind. They envisioned a paint and sip corporate event where 130 staff members could create a collaborative artwork. Each participant painted a 15cm x 15cm canvas, using Haileybury’s signature colours and a shared creative vision.

Our role was to facilitate the process, providing artistic guidance while ensuring every participant had the confidence to contribute. The final mural would be proudly displayed at the Keysborough campus, representing teamwork and creativity.

To bring this vision to life, we planned a creative thinking workshop that balanced artistic freedom with structured facilitation. We sourced high-quality materials, including canvases, paints, and brushes, ensuring every participant had the right tools. By working closely with Haileybury, we aligned our facilitation with their creative and team-building goals.

By the end of the session, individual canvases had come together to form a vibrant and unified mural, representing the collective spirit of Haileybury Corporate Services.
