🔁 Returns Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made, personalised, or final-sale items unless faulty.
📨 How to Request a Return
Please email admin@dyaaustralia.com.au with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Any supporting photos (for damaged/faulty items)
We will review your request and provide return instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable postal service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
