Designed for corporate teams, this hands-on experience explores different aspects of the body as symbols of strength, balance, and identity. Through guided artistic activities, participants gain a deeper awareness of their emotions, develop problem-solving skills, and enhance overall wellbeing in an engaging and supportive setting.

Each session focuses on a different part of the body as a source of inspiration, exploring themes like movement, resilience, and personal growth. From using hands as a tool for creation to understanding how our senses shape our experiences, these workshops encourage participants to express themselves freely, de-stress, and reconnect with their creative side. Whether painting, drawing, or sculpting, every activity is designed to be interactive and thought-provoking.

About the Program:
“From Head to Toe” invites adults on a creative and enriching journey, blending visual art with personal and mental wellbeing.
Each session focuses on a different part of the body as a source of inspiration, delving into its physical, emotional, and cognitive significance.
Through exploring figurative artists who emphasise the connection between body and mind, participants will discover how the body serves as a space for inner dialogue, personal expression, and self-discovery.
Topics:
Head: “Expressions of Identity”
The head is the home of vision and self-expression, a focal point for exploring personal identity. It hosts a constant dialogue connecting who we are with how we present ourselves to the world, illustrated in the expressions of our face.
Foot: “Grounded and Moving Forward”
The foot symbolises our connection to the ground, the path we’ve walked, and the journey still ahead. It provides us with a stable foundation while also lifting us upward into movement and progress.
Torso: “The Core of Balance and Life”
The torso serves as the body’s core, offering stability and support to all its parts. Within it lie pulsating systems that nourish and sustain life. We’ll explore the relationship between inner rhythm and outer stability happening simultaneously.
Skeleton: “The Framework of Strength and Flexibility”
The human skeleton supports the entire body while enabling a range of motion and strength. We often take the seamless flow of movement for granted, but what happens when we “freeze” a motion?
The Senses: “Feeling the World Inside and Out”
The sensory organs—nose, ears, eyes, and mouth—act as receptors of external information and tools of expression. They transmit signals that influence our emotions, behaviours, and life experiences.
Hands: “Creating Calm and Expressive Power”
The hands are tools of expressive creation and attention to detail. They turn ideas into reality and transform the imagined into the tangible.
